Description
Hexarelin, a synthetic peptide, stimulates growth hormone (GH) release, attracting interest in research and athletics. It belongs to growth hormone secretagogues, mimicking ghrelin, a hormone stimulating GH release. Hexarelin binds to pituitary receptors, triggering GH secretion, raising circulating GH levels. This increase promotes muscle growth, fat metabolism, and exercise recovery. Its therapeutic potential for GH deficiency or impaired growth hormone secretion is also studied. However, unsupervised use is regulated due to health risks.
